* Please note Events Partner reserved the rights to amend the above mentioned policies without prior notice.
• Events Partner provide short term furniture hire based on 1-3 days or 4-6 days in Singapore.
• Events Partner also provide long term furniture rental that are more than 6 days, kindly contact us at email@example.com for further details.
• Rental pricing is based on consecutive rental days and cannot be applied on separate alternative dates.
• Furniture hire will be subjected availability based on the requested date of delivery and collection.
• Any furniture reservation will be effective upon acceptance/endorsement of the order via e-mail or fax.
• Events Partner reserve the rights not to proceed with delivery and/or installation upon non-fulfillment of the payment schedule.
• Events Partner reserves the rights to impose an interest of 5% per month on all outstanding accounts not settled in accordance to terms.
• Please note furniture hire does not include transportation charges & 7% Goods Service Tax (GST). For more details on transportation charges, kindly check under Delivery Charges.
For international orders with exhibition/events held in Singapore, the Goods Service Tax (GST) may not

• The Hirer is solely responsible for the furniture used for its intended purpose throughout the usage period.
• Any possible defects of the furniture shall be checked & acknowledge by Events Partner and The Hirer before commencement of the hire.
• The Hirer is require to review and handle furniture hired from Events Partner with proper care in accordance with any safety or operations instructions provided by us.
• The Hirer may only affix/attached items to the furniture hired with prior approval from Events Partner that does not damage the integrity of the furniture.
• Any delay/cost arising from damages and loss of furniture hired caused by The Hirer’s negligence shall be borne by The Hirer. All furniture should also be returned in clean and working condition after usage.
• In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a minimum of 48 hours of lead time must be provided in advance or The Hirer is to bear a 30% penalty charge for the overall charges.
• For furnishings that have been delivered on site, there is no cancellation and The Hirer is to borne the full amount payable
• For conferences/large-scale events or long term contracts, there is no cancellation and The Hirer is to borne the full amount payable
• Please note for specially requested/bespoke items, there will be no cancellation and Hirer is to borne the full amount payable
• In any circumstances beyond reasonable control, Events Partner Pte. Ltd shall not be liable for any personal injury/death/loss or damages whatsoever resulted from the usage of the furniture.
• Events Partner Pte. Ltd will not be liable for any indirect losses which happen as a result of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by The Hirer and us, including but not limited to loss of income or revenue; business; profits or contracts; anticipated savings or data, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability for death or personal injury caused by any act or negligence of Events Partner Pte. Ltd.

- • For conferences/large-scale events, delivery charges shall not be applicable as shown above & shall differ due to scale of furnishing that may be required.
- • Additional charges maybe applicable subjected to restrictions imposed by the venues.
- • For tradeshows/fairs & exhibitions, for multiple booth requirement with net budgets that stand less than the basic amount required, additional charges for manpower & transportation shall be applicable.
- Q: I’m able to arrange my own transportation, am I able to self collect and return in this case?
- A: Yes that is totally fine with us! Just let us know your requirements and we would be glad to assist!
- Q: What is the available payment methods?
- A:Events Partner accept cheque, cash and bank transfers. Payments should be made via the following as shown below;
